Sherman’s Quest

Sherman’s Quest is a story driven RPG that started as a capstone project and was made in Unity. Now Sherman is coming back in a newly realized game in Unreal Engine 5 with: a new story, a combat system, and an expanded world! We are looking to publish in March 2025.

For the first iteration, I was the Programming Lead and had these duties:

  • Assign work to other programmers
  • Facilitate meetings
  • Help whenever possible
  • Develop and integrate the following systems: Movement, Interaction, World Transition, Sounds, Menus
  • Host peer playtests, record feedback, make decisions to improve with given feedback

Mariana Trek

Mariana Trek is an under water exploration/puzzle game.

On this project I was a level designer and programmer and had these duties:

  • Design and program a puzzle / level using the player’s ability to change the color of the flashlight and its “ability” to communicate with aquatic life
  • Conduct playtests, record feedback, and propose solutions
  • Bug test
  • Menu design

Plant Whisperer

Plant Whisper is a unique game where the player sings to the plants to make them grow

I was the Programming Lead and had these duties:

  • Organize the other programmers
  • Integrate growing system with audio analyzing system
  • Create menus and main game visuals
  • Host peer playtests, record feedback, make decisions to improve with given feedback

Work In Progress

Work In Progress is a story game with 3 mini game levels going back through the characters life to find their inspiration.

On this project I was the programmer and had these duties:

  • Program 3 minigames for the levels
  • Host peer playtests, record feedback, make decisions to improve with given feedback
  • Bug test
  • Implement all assets
